Accounts
You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping login codes private. Accounts may be required to register for tournaments, classes, memberships, and other events.
Event Participation
Participation is subject to event capacity, registration status, payment status, waiver acceptance, code of conduct acceptance, staff instructions, and venue rules.
Fair Play And Conduct
Players agree to follow club rules, tournament rules when applicable, and the Knight's Gambit Chess Code of Conduct. Staff may remove or suspend participants for unsafe, disruptive, or unfair behavior.
Website Accuracy
We try to keep event times, prices, capacity, and membership details accurate. We may correct errors, update event details, cancel events, or adjust operations when needed.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knight's Gambit Chess is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or participation in club activities.
