Membership Billing Terms
Membership benefits are connected to an active Square-backed subscription on a Knight's Gambit Chess account.
Membership Status
An account is considered a member only while it has an active or otherwise valid membership subscription. Accounts without an active membership may still register for events at non-member pricing.
Billing
Membership billing is handled through Square-hosted checkout and Square subscription tools. By starting a membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan.
Family Memberships
Family memberships are intended for household players connected to the primary account. Knight's Gambit Chess may ask for household player details to manage registrations, youth supervision, and event eligibility.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation of future membership renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges or event registrations already purchased.
Benefit Changes
Membership benefits, event discounts, and launch pricing may change over time. Changes will not alter charges already completed, but future renewals or offerings may use updated terms.
